BTC 200 is an ultra endurance event that raises awareness and funds for real victims. We ask all our participants to participate in the fundraising effort. Here is the process:
REALITY CHECK - This ride is not easy.
- Its a 200-mile one-day ride that departs before sunrise and works all day to arrive at our destination before sunset. The weather is unpredictable and it can drastically effect the comfort level of this ride as well. The difficulty level of this ride means that not everyone will make it. Please consider your riding level and speak with past participants prior to departure. The ride moves along between 18-22 mph in a tight group over open roads.
- Due to COVID-19, this year we will be riding on the Racoon River Valley Trail system starting in Panora, then riding to Perry, down to Adel, then turn around back to Panora. We will do this route twice to hit 200 miles. Rest Stops are Panora, Perry, and Adel. Lunch will be in Panora at the 100 mile mark.
REGISTER
- Standard tickets are $200 (+CrowdRise fees) until June 15 when they go up to a bazillion dollars because you shouldn't wait until then to jump on board. Kidding... kind of.
PREPARE TO FUNDRAISE
- After you register, you will be redirected to set up your fundraising page in order to receive donations online. If you have difficulty with the process please email brad.mcclure@BreakTheCycle200.com.
